Privacy & your data.

Your account

Creating an account requires your name, an email address, an Indian mobile number and a password. Verify your email first, then your mobile by SMS to unlock member galleries. Afterwards, sign in with your password or an email code. Supabase handles authentication, password protection, essential session cookies and sign-in security records; MSG91 delivers confirmation, sign-in and recovery emails. An account lets you open approved property galleries, videos, tours and documents; it does not grant access to the property workspace or private files. Sign out to end this browser's session, and contact us if you want your account removed.

Your name, mobile and its verification status are stored privately in our Mumbai Supabase project. Your name helps our team address you and can be edited in your account; it is not verified legal identity. MSG91 sends mobile verification codes using the shared sender DSHOTP, with —Dash at the end of the message. We request an SMS during registration or when you verify a replacement number, not during ordinary login. Only a verified number is reserved to one account; typing a number alone cannot reserve it. Your existing verified number stays in place until its replacement is verified. We do not use your mobile to sign in, reset passwords or automatically merge accounts. MSG91 processes the destination and verification/delivery information to provide this service. Authorised GA Homes staff can use your name, email and mobile for account support and to follow up on your property search, subject to applicable contact preferences and communication rules. You can edit your name and mobile in your account. To request no further property-search contact, correct your information or remove your account, contact our team. We respect previously recorded contact choices. Contact profiles are retained while your account is active.

Cloudflare Turnstile checks account-access requests to reduce automated abuse. It processes browser and network signals under Cloudflare's privacy practices. Shared, short-lived hashed request counters limit repeated attempts. These checks do not verify your mobile number or guarantee that every visitor is genuine. Authentication email/SMS delivery and security processing can occur outside India.

Your saved homes

When you save a home, its listing identifier is stored in your browser’s local storage on this device. We do not link it to an account or send your saved collection to a server. You can remove homes using the heart button, or clear your browser’s site data to remove the entire collection.

Your AI assistant conversation

The GA Homes AI assistant answers questions using public information from this website. When you send a question, we send its text, limited conversation context and relevant published information to OpenAI to prepare and check the answer. Please avoid sharing passwords, verification codes, identity documents, payment details or other sensitive information. The assistant cannot access your account, private property files or unpublished listings, and cannot book a viewing or submit an enquiry.

Conversation history is kept in this browser tab for up to 30 minutes of inactivity, including as you move between pages. “New conversation” clears it; closing the tab normally removes its session storage. We do not save chat transcripts in our application database or application logs. Signed conversation context travels with follow-up questions. Short-lived hashed request counters help prevent abuse. We request that OpenAI not store the response as retrievable conversation state; OpenAI may still process and retain data for abuse monitoring under its applicable API data policies. This is not a promise of zero retention. AI answers can be wrong: check the linked pages and confirm important property details with our team.

Your enquiries

When you select “Send my enquiry”, we save your name, phone number, optional email, property interest, message and your permission to contact you about that enquiry. If you are signed in, we also associate the enquiry with your account. Only authorised staff can access these records in our Mumbai Supabase project. A submitted phone number is not independently verified. Submitting an enquiry lets our team respond to that request. We respect requests to stop further contact. Contact us to correct or request removal of your enquiry information. We retain enquiries for follow-up and review whether older records are still needed. If you continue on WhatsApp or email, that service’s privacy practices also apply.

Photos, media and tours

Design-preview images, fonts and the panoramic demo are served with this website. Published property photo previews can be viewed without an account and can be saved by anyone who sees them. Opening a property's full gallery, original photos, videos, tours or documents requires sign-in. Original media is delivered from our private Supabase storage through temporary access links. The 360° viewer and its image load only when you open a tour. If a listing uses a hosted third-party tour, it loads when you choose to open it; that provider may receive information such as your IP address and browser details.

Neighbourhood maps & nearby places

The interactive neighbourhood map loads after you select a category or choose to explore. OpenFreeMap receives your browser’s network information and requests for the map area, tiles and map labels. Its privacy policyapplies. We do not request your device location. Directions and “Open in Google Maps” links open Google Maps outside GA Homes and send the selected public place or address. Google's privacy policy and Maps terms apply. You can read the neighbourhood guides without loading the interactive map.

Our team uses openrouteservice by HeiGIT to calculate driving-distance snapshots from independently reviewed building and destination coordinates. HeiGIT receives those public-location coordinates and our server’s network information, not your name, email, phone number, enquiry or account details. Source-backed address searches may also be sent to HeiGIT’s geocoder during staff review. Approved results, source references and review history are stored in our Mumbai database. Visitors read saved results; opening a listing does not initiate a routing-provider request. Shared usage counters and short-lived hashed request limits help prevent abuse. Missing or stale locations remain pending. Google place identifiers used for map review are kept separately; Google route outputs are not saved in this routing database. See our map terms of use.

The property workspace

Invited staff use email sign-in and, where required, an authenticator. Essential HTTP-only cookies keep those sessions signed in. Property drafts, uploaded files, private contact notes and a record of administrative actions are stored in Supabase. Visitors cannot access unpublished drafts or private documents. Only property details and media explicitly approved and published by an owner are available on the website. Owners can also restrict on-page photo previews to signed-in members. Temporary media links can remain usable for up to five minutes after signing out or unpublishing; files already downloaded cannot be recalled. Archiving a property retains its source records; it is not a permanent deletion. Please contact Gaurav Associates about retained property information.

Analytics and technical information

We count property views, gallery-unlock clicks, signed-in views and submitted enquiries to understand which parts of the website are useful. These are daily aggregate event counts, not individual browsing profiles. Analytics records do not contain names, emails, phone numbers or persistent visitor IDs. Hashed, short-lived request-limit keys help prevent abuse; we do not put contact details in analytics. There are no advertising trackers. As with other websites, a hosting service may process request information to deliver pages and maintain security. The website is designed for Vercel hosting with Supabase authentication and storage in the Mumbai project region. Pages, media delivery caches and service security logs may be processed elsewhere; selecting an Indian project region is not a guarantee that every service processes all data only in India.

Images and tours labelled as concepts are illustrative, not photographs of available properties. Example listings in a design preview do not represent live offers. Confirm actual property details and availability with Gaurav Associates before making a decision.
